Our Story
The fast food hamburger joint is a true American legend. Unfortunately, nearly all of the modern incarnations, even the most elevated ones, rely on harmful seed oils and improperly (if not inhumanely) raised meat. Everything from the bun to the sauce is laden with sugar, preservatives, and chemical additives. As burger lovers we've always wondered about the golden age of fast food, before CAFOs and Canola.
We've taken everything we've learned from our years building Springbone Kitchen to create our dream burger joint. To start with, our fryers are full of 100% grass-fed beef tallow. Our beef is regeneratively farmed and 100% grass-fed. Our gluten free bun is crafted in partnership with a local bakery from a custom recipe that uses olive oil instead of seed oil. And to top it all off, we're making organic milkshakes with our local favorite, Blue Marble ice cream.
For now, we've launched in Lower Manhattan with the ability to deliver to all of Downtown. You can also come order in person or order ahead for takeout from our shared Springbone storefront, located at 74 Pearl Street in the Financial District. We can't wait to expand and bring our dream burger to more of you!
